Rachel has managed the company since she joined Signals in 2007 and has many years experience of working in media, education and arts. She has a BA in Film and Video and a Post Grad Dip in Arts Management.
Diane joined Signals back in 2007, she is responsible for administration, building and office management. She is also the Company Secretary.
Frazer creates and delivers a range of courses, activities, productions and projects that enhance peoples lives, develops creativity, technical skills and understanding. As a award winning Sound Artist, Frazer brings experience from across the entertainment and technology industries with credits in the music, film and video games industries.

Siobhán is our in house animator who creates and delivers a range of film making and creative workshops and projects. She won a scholarship to study Character Animation at Central Saint Martins in 2016 and has since created films for the Children's Society and the English National Opera. Her graduation film Stitch was nominated for numerous awards including ‘Best new British Animation’ and screened in over 30 film festivals across the world.

Vicci is based in Chelmsford and is a wonderful facilitator for all things animation here at Signals.
Vicci is keen to support the growth of local creativity and has recently received commissions from Essex County Council, Abellio and Chelmsford City Council. She regularly works freelance for local arts organisations running large-scale art projects.
Jane's refreshing brand of social realism has earned international recognition, with her film Sunny Boy (2014) acquired by Channel 4 and TV ARTE. My Feral Heart (Audience Award Winner, Cinequest 2016) is Jane's debut feature.
Dave is an Education practitioner specialising in theatre and digital technology. He runs Limbo Education which provides a range of workshops including game making, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Microbit, robotics and Minecraft hacking. He has delivered projects in youth theatres, homeless shelters, care homes, Pupil Referral Units, nurseries, universities, primary and secondary schools.
A freelancer with over 3 years of editing experience and filming. Currently studying BA Hons in Editing and Post Production at the University of Ravensbourne.
George is an Essex based writer/producer and video artist who has been commissioned by RADA, BBC Arts and Arts Council England. His work gravitates towards stories that unapologetically explore the intersectionality of the Black British experience through historical and contemporary narratives.
Flori attended the Signals BFI Film Academy two years ago and is currently working as a floor runner, camera trainee and production assistant, with the hope of one day being a Cinematographer.

Jon is a media/film producer, moving image artist and lecturer at Suffolk New College.
A Lecturer in Film at the University of Essex, with extensive experience teaching film theory and film history to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The time commitment for all board members is the attendance at bi-monthly evening meetings (approx. 2 hours) inclusive of the AGM, participation in an annual review and planning meeting and possible attendance of sub committee meetings as required. Please contact us to find out more.
