We are delighted to announce that our debut Game Academy course begins on Monday 17th February 2020 and applications are open now.

The Signals Game Academy aims to help train and inspire the next generation of British game makers, supporting talented and committed young people aged 16 – 18, to develop the knowledge and skills to make a career in the game industry a reality.

The Signals Game Academy is a week of workshops and masterclasses covering all areas of game development, including: artwork, sound design, game design plus inspiring talks from industry professionals. Over the course of a week you’ll form small teams to work collaboratively and make your own video game – submitting them to the BAFTA Young Game Designers competition and ending the week with a showcase event for friends and families where you’ll play each others games.

The Signals Game Academy course costs £25 however free places are available upon request.
