Wildlife Video Game Masterclass, 11-25

Over 3 days you’ll work in teams, with the support of professional video game designers, making your own wildlife themed video game to be installed in an arcade cabinet at Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve.

Using Construct3 you’ll create a 2D video game based on the nature reserve, its environment and the stories we’ve collected from the people and the place. Finally, we’ll submit the games for the BAFTA Young Game Designers award, as well as display the games on a custom built arcade cabinet in the visitors centre at Fingringhoe Wick.

Places are FREE, however booking is essential.

From Spring 2018 to Spring 2019 we’ll be running a variety of workshops for young people aged 11-25 at Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve, exploring some of the stories from the nature reserve through photography, filmmaking, video games and more.
