Signals 35th Birthday Celebration

Celebrate Signals’ 35th Birthday with a day of free workshops and activities!

On Saturday 22nd July from 10am to 1pm Signals is inviting you to drop into our studio in the heart of Colchester City Centre and celebrate our birthday with a variety of free hands on creative digital activities including animation and creative coding.

Alongside these drop-in activities we’ll also have some bookable workshops / walks connected to our latest project, Peoples of Essex, so be sure to signup to our mailing list and be the first to hear about these once they’re available to book.

Where It All Began

Originally created by a committed group of filmmakers in 1988, Signals quickly became established as a community media and video workshop. Based in Colchester Essex, Signals has developed into an award winning charity whose community projects enable disadvantaged groups to work on production projects, giving participants digital media skills and most importantly a voice.
